Big Questions Collaborative
What else is possible? How might I feel and do better at work? At home? In life?
In what ways can I align what I love to do with what I have to do?
Coaching focuses on asking questions that clarify personal, professional, and organizational goals. Together, we devise strategies to achieving those goals. As your coach, I hold you accountable and support you along the way.
Together we will uncover your answers to big questions with creativity, respect, and curiosity.

Few people have the opportunity to be guided by such a fantastic coach and mentor—but I did when Sarah agreed to become my life coach. Her compassionate curiosity, genuine connection, and understanding of the social impact world made our time together very enjoyable and productive. I could always count on our Thursday morning sessions as spaces of transformation and discovery, as she beautifully empowered me to find my own answers to life’s challenges. Sarah is one of the most authentic human beings anyone could ever connect with, and I look forward to continuing our work together.

I have had the great privilege of having Sarah as a coach and it's been an absolute game changer. Sarah is easy to connect to, full of excellent insights and is super effective at helping her client to slow down, stay with an idea or feeling and explore those patterns that may be helpful or hindering. I feel I can bring my whole self to our sessions, and I walk away not just with things to think about but tools with which to tackle them. Numerous colleagues have commented that they have noticed changes for the better in my leadership since I started working with Sarah. As for me-- I am sleeping a lot better and feeling a more comfortable in the role. Sarah is an effective coach, an experienced leader, and an empathetic person - an incredible and rare combination. I can't recommend her coaching services enough!

Over the course of three months Sarah would give me what I can only describe now as a gift. She listened without judgement, called me out when I needed to be called out, and showed me that rejection is really just redirection if we are open to new possibilities. And through it all there was empathy. At the conclusion of our time together I was finally able to give myself permission to take everything one step at a time. Just take that first step, Sarah would tell me. The rest will come in time. All things in time. So…what comes next? I don’t know. But I do know whatever it is I’ll figure it out because I’m a bad ass like that; and herein lies the gift that Sarah gave me. From the bottom of a truly grateful heart, and from one bad ass to another, thank you, Sarah.
